Farewell

Johnny,

If this letter reaches you, I've already left the city and whatever world this place is. Maybe I've gone back home, I don't know for sure. All I can say is thank you for being there when things got a little crazy, even when I'm the one who thinks otherwise.

I'm pretty bad when it comes to saying goodbyes, the idea really makes me nervous and I never had to think about it before.

Try and take care of yourself, ok? You're a good person no matter what anyone else says. And yes, I said person because I don't care about the vampire part of you. I see Johnny, that weirdo guy who has the nasty habit of using innuendos and having me actually throw garlic at you. By the way, that's still funny.

I'll miss you no matter what happens, memories gone or not, it won't matter. You'll be my friend even if we're worlds apart.

If you're seeing this letter, I'm no longer in Vatheon. The obvious answer to where is home but even then I don't know for sure that's where I'll end up. I say this because I know of other realms existing alongside where I live and have been there for a long time so the concept isn't foreign to me.

I'll let you in on something: this letter is one of the hardest things I had to write. It's hard putting how I feel into words and with you...it's something.

I'm naturally shy and even with everything that's happened to me from being a witch and a power ranger, I still have those feelings of uncertainty. That's why I was cheering you on so much that day when we went to the island because I know that feeling all to well. Maybe that's why I felt drawn to you more than anyone else. I know you can do amazing things here and back home; if some shy girl could become someone to fight against the darkness at one point then the sky's the limit for you as well.

What's even worse right now is as I'm writing this, I don't know when it'll get sent. Today, tomorrow, or even in a year, I don't know how things will go between us. We could be hating each other or falling in love. Hopefully, it would be the last one.

This is where I'm supposed to say that I hope to see you again somewhere but I won't. Because I know I will without a doubt. This isn't good bye.
